The BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship
The proven platform for young drivers
About to enter its fifth season, the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship is set to expand further in 2016 with more 14 - 17 year old drivers viewing it as a proven stepping stone for a career in motorsport.
Follow in the footsteps of Jack Mitchell (2014 Ginetta Jr Champion), Aiden Moffat (BTCC), Freddie Lee (2014 Pro 2 British Pickup Champion), Bobby Thompson (Formula Ford & VW Cup) or Charlie Ladell, Rory Collingbourne & Tom Grundy (both Renault UK Clio Cup), who all cut their teeth in FJC.
Using the Fiesta ST race car, FJC has proved to be a cost effective way into circuit racing, giving young drivers the opportunity to learn their race craft around the UK’s famous circuits. The 8 meeting/16 race season is a real test for the competitor, while also giving them great experience of competitive circuit racing.
FJC has coverage of each race on MotorsTV with the programmes also available on the BRSCC YouTube channel. The championship also has this dynamic website and a superb social media programme. With the full backing of the MSA the championship has full academy status, making it the ideal choice for any young driver. For the 2016 season, there is the added incentive of a test drive for the champion, courtesy of Jam-Sport in one of their Clio Cup cars.
